Delivery & fulfilment

This page explains how orders from Healsens Store are fulfilled. Specific timelines may vary by product, location, and laboratory or logistics partner.

Digital and service products

Some products are delivered digitally — for example access codes, vouchers, assessment links, or activation in your Healsens account. You will usually receive confirmation by email after payment. Digital fulfilment may be immediate or within a few business days, as stated on the product page or order confirmation.

Laboratory testing and sample collection

Products that involve laboratory analysis may require:

  • coordination with an accredited laboratory or collection partner;
  • sample collection at a partner location, at home, or via a kit shipped to you;
  • processing and reporting time after the laboratory receives your sample.

Estimated turnaround times are shown on the product page where available. Results may be made available in the Healsens app when you connect your purchase to your account.

Physical shipments

If a product includes physical goods (for example a collection kit), we or our partners ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times depend on carrier service and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
